Appointments & Cancellations
• Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone, or by direct message.
• Please provide at least a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payments
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept cards, cash, Venmo and PayPal
• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be clearly communicated before service begins.
Vehicle Condition
• Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle before service.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
• While we take great care with every vehicle, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues that may be discovered or worsened during the detailing process.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you’re not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
